  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
    • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at gstackteam@gmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue by offering a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
